Capitalkarts
Established in Wellington on the 11th of August 2004 by a group of enthusiastic blokarters with a great vision and excitement for the
potential that a club could offer.
Membership is building, and we are looking towards having a venue in Mana or the Kapiti Coast that will not only be suitable for club meeting but
also National and International competition.
Blokarting is a great new sport, suitable for the whole family, and yet can give the more adventurous an adrenalin rush too, depending on the strength
of wind you choose to sail in.
CapitalKarts is a great place to learn from experienced blokarters, and it's great sailing with a group.
Club Aims:
Create family orientated fun for all ages.
To promote the sport of blokart.
To establish a safe environment for the use of blokarts.
A friendly club that encourages new blokarters.
To host social and competitive events.
Where and when do we meet?
Our Club meets once a month and you are welcome to attend: Soul Bar, Mana, PORIRUA (Hells Pizza & Bar (formally The
Cove))on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
We are working towards an organised race day a month, focusing on family fun , with other impromtu gatherings when the wind blows!
With other clubs forming around NZ, we are looking forward to some great interclub competition.

future.
